Özlem Sönmez Bilgi, is one of the founding partners of our office. Before founding her own office, she worked at the leading law firms in Turkey, where she provided legal services to several multinational and local companies mainly on dispute resolution, employment law, contracts law, corporate law, e-commerce law, telecommunication law and consumer law matters.

With regard to dispute resolution, she provided litigation services regarding the disputes arising from the corporate law, law of obligations, all types of contracts, real estate law, employment law, administrative law, law of enforcement, intellectual property law, e-commerce and consumer law matters and representing the clients before the courts.

She also provides consultancy services to multinational and local clients on their day to day business; mainly by preparing, revising and negotiation of all kinds of agreements; providing consultancy on corporate law, employment law, e-commerce and consumer law matters; preparing the board of directors and general assembly meetings of the clients and representation of the clients in the said meetings; preparing due diligence reports with regard to mergers and acquisitions of the companies.
